Key Points

  • Amending Agreement Changes: Appili Therapeutics Inc. has amended the previously announced arrangement agreement with Aditxt, Inc. and Adivir, Inc., extending key deadlines, including the Outside Date, special shareholders’ meeting, and Aditxt’s Financing completion to August 30, 2024.
  • Bridge Loan Increase: The company has increased its unsecured bridge financing from Bloom Burton & Co. Inc. from C$300,000 to C$400,000, with all other terms of the loan remaining unchanged.
